The Gifts of Christmas

The Gift of Love

Ephesians 3:17-19; John 3:16; Romans 8:38-39; 1 John 4:9-11; John 15:13

Advent means “Coming” or “Arrival.”

During Advent we celebrate His birth and look forward to His future coming where he will return for all His people. Advent is a season that links the past, present, and future.

What do we do with this gift of love?

  1. Accept his love
  2. Experience his love
  3. You have to share his Love

“You cannot give to others what you have not received yourself”

The Gift of Hope

Luke 2:8-14; Romans 3:23; Luke 1:26-38; Philippians 4:13; Romans 8:24-25

Advent means "appearing" or "arrival."

During Advent we celebrate His birth and look forward to His future coming where He will return all of His people.

Because of Jesus, 3 Things are Ours

1. Your past is forgiven.

Romans 3:23-24 says, "All of us have sinned yet now God declares us 'not guilty' of offending him if we trust in Christ who freely takes away our sin."

2. You have His grace for the present.

3. You have a hope for the future.
